Welcome to Elite Line Cars. By booking our taxi and airport transfer services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.


1. Booking & Confirmation

1.1 All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Elite Line Cars.

1.2 A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp, email, or SMS from Elite Line Cars.

1.3 It is your responsibility to provide accurate pickup address, destination, date, time, and flight details. Elite Line Cars is not liable for delays or non-supply of services resulting from incorrect information provided by you.

1.4 For airport transfers, you must provide your flight number at the time of booking to enable flight monitoring.


2. Pricing & Payment

2.1 All prices quoted are fixed and agreed at the time of booking. Elite Line Cars does not operate metered fares.

2.2 Prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

2.3 Prices are based on the pickup postcode provided at the time of booking. Fares from different postcodes (e.g., WD17 vs WD19 vs WD3) may vary. Elite Line Cars reserves the right to adjust the fare if the pickup address differs from the address provided at booking.

2.4 Payment is accepted via cash or bank transfer. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

2.5 No hidden fees. Prices include airport drop-off, waiting time (up to 30 minutes for domestic departures), and standard luggage allowance. Additional waiting time, extra stops, or excessive luggage may incur extra charges.


3. Cancellations & Refunds

3.1 You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

3.2 Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the quoted fare.

3.3 Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time may be subject to the full fare.

3.4 To cancel a booking, you must contact Elite Line Cars directly via phone or WhatsApp. Cancellations via email are not considered valid until confirmed by Elite Line Cars.

3.5 Refunds for pre-paid bookings will be processed within 7-10 business days.


4. Waiting Time & Flight Delays

4.1 For airport pickups, Elite Line Cars monitors your flight arrival time free of charge.

4.2 Your driver will arrive at the airport based on your flight’s actual landing time. Waiting time of up to 60 minutes from the actual landing time is included at no extra charge.

4.3 If you require waiting beyond 60 minutes, an additional charge of £10 per 30 minutes may apply.

4.4 For non-airport pickups, the driver will wait for up to 10 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. Beyond 10 minutes, the driver may leave, and the booking may be treated as a “no-show” with the full fare charged.

4.5 Elite Line Cars is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.


5. Vehicle & Luggage

5.1 Elite Line Cars reserves the right to substitute the booked vehicle with an alternative vehicle of similar or higher capacity.

5.2 You must advise the number of passengers and estimated luggage at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in the booked vehicle being unsuitable.

5.3 Elite Line Cars is not responsible for damage to or loss of luggage left in the vehicle. You are responsible for ensuring all personal belongings are removed from the vehicle at the end of the journey.

5.4 Child seats are available upon request. You must inform Elite Line Cars at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to ensure the child seat is fitted correctly.

5.5 Elite Line Cars reserves the right to refuse carriage of excessive luggage, hazardous materials, or illegal substances.


6. Passenger Conduct

6.1 Elite Line Cars drivers reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a journey if a passenger behaves in a manner that is threatening, abusive, or likely to cause damage to the vehicle.

6.2 Smoking, vaping, and alcohol consumption are not permitted in any Elite Line Cars vehicle.

6.3 Any damage caused to the vehicle by you or your party will be charged to you at the full cost of repair or cleaning.

6.4 Elite Line Cars is not liable for any personal belongings left in the vehicle. You are responsible for your own belongings at all times.


7. Liability

7.1 Elite Line Cars will make every effort to ensure your journey is completed on time. However, we are not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, vehicle breakdowns, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7.2 Elite Line Cars is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to missed flights, missed business appointments, or loss of earnings.

7.3 Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fare paid for the journey in question.

7.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence of Elite Line Cars or its drivers.


8. Flight Monitoring

8.1 Elite Line Cars provides free flight monitoring for all airport transfer bookings where a valid flight number is provided.

8.2 Flight monitoring includes tracking of departure and arrival times. Elite Line Cars will adjust pickup times accordingly for delayed flights.

8.3 It is your responsibility to inform Elite Line Cars of any changes to your flight itinerary. Elite Line Cars is not liable for missed pickups resulting from inaccurate or incomplete flight information provided by you.


9. Data Protection & Privacy

9.1 Elite Line Cars collects and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9.2 Your personal information (including name, phone number, email address, pickup address, and flight details) is used solely for the purpose of providing the booked service.

9.3 Elite Line Cars does not share your personal information with third parties except as required to provide the service (e.g., flight monitoring services) or as required by law.


10. Amendments to Terms

10.1 Elite Line Cars reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

10.2 The Terms & Conditions in force at the time of your booking will apply to your journey.

10.3 It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.


11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
