Terms & Conditions

By booking with Elite Line Cars, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Cancellations

  • All cancellations must be made at least one hour prior to the scheduled pickup time or before a driver is dispatched.
  • If a booking is cancelled with less than one hour’s notice, or after a driver has been dispatched, the passenger will be charged 50% of the agreed fare.
  • In the event of a no-show (failure to be present at the pickup location without notice), the full fare will be charged.

2. Waiting Time Policy

  • 5 minutes of waiting time is free for all standard bookings.
  • After the free waiting period, waiting time will be charged at our standard rate, which will be added to the final fare.

3. Vehicle Cleanliness and Damage

  • Passengers are expected to maintain cleanliness during the journey.
  • Any mess or soiling of the vehicle due to vomit, urine, spilled food, or similar causes will incur a cleaning charge of £100, plus the cost of the journey.
  • Deliberate or excessive damage to the vehicle may result in additional charges and possible legal action.

4. Lost Property

  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Please ensure you take all items with you when exiting the vehicle.
  • Any item left in the vehicle will be handed in to our office and held for 7 days.
  • If unclaimed after 7 days, the item(s) will be handed over to the local police in accordance with our lost property policy.
  • Elite Line Cars accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

5. Liability and Conduct

  • Elite Line Cars is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, or road closures.
  • Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour towards our drivers will not be tolerated and may result in service refusal and reporting to authorities.
